We headed to the beach last weekend. We were bummed before because we thought it was going to be cloudy weather but it turned out great! Whitney had a blast at the beach.
His favorite thing to do was to chase the waves...
then run away from them.
We had lots of playtime.
There was even a little tidepool with much warmer water to actually get into.
Our hotel was nice. We could walk to the beach. Whitney did not take long to make himself at home. Our last hotel trip we did not have a great sleeping experience so we were nervous when bedtime rolled around. Matt and I were relieved when he fell asleep in his pack n play(in the bathroom).
We also went swimming in the pool, ate some good food and went shopping at the outlet mall nearby.
It was a fun weekend! I'm glad we took the time to go.
When we got home we went to Matt's parent's house to hang out. Whitney had a good time kicking the soccer ball around, playing with their dogs and hanging out in the hammock.
