Last week Whitney and I went to the Palouse Science Center with some friends. It was a rainy day so it worked out perfect to be inside. These were sound blocks where each one made a different sound.
It seemed like a good portion of the Science Center could be renamed play center. Here Whitney is with some of his friends. Hayley is in the pigtails. When Whitney came to play with them the other girl Brooklyn wasn't sure about him but Hayley said "It's okay, it's just Whitney." It is so fun to see him have friends.
They did have a pretty cool lentil pit where they could dig. It only took Whitney about 5 minutes for it to be off limits. He thought throwing the lentils outside the pit was more exciting than digging. They also had some animals Whitney liked to watch.
Although I'm not sure how much science was at the Science Center, it was a fun morning!
